Our offices are located at the
Catawba Island Marina which is one of Lake Erie's premier yachting locations.
They operate two full service marinas including rack storage for approximately
100 boats and dockage for approximately 400.
We advertise regionally through
publications such as Lakeland Boating Magazine and Soundings Magazine plus a
variety of local publications. The two major area boat shows are in Cleveland
and at Cedar Point both of which are consistently attended. We are currently
developing our internet marketing through implementing a data base on our Web
site and offering additional services and links. An increasing numbers of yacht
inquiries are being received through our internet exposure with our advertisers
that also offer yacht database access. We offer all of our listings to
participating brokers assisting in the sale and marketing of our
"central" yacht listings. We feel strongly that Island Yacht Sales and
our internet exposure is an added plus for the marketing and location of yachts
